Ive been going to Mikes Auto on and off again for over 20 years for car repairs to my previous Acura (bought new and kept until no longer worth repairing) and now my Honda (bought new, now older enough to need repairs and currently still worth repairing), along with my wifes Acura (older but still worth repairing). They provide: wise advice for repairs, options, considerations, outstanding service, trustworthiness, timeliness, superb quality of work, friendliness and price reasonableness. Top notch!!

Seriously not trustworthy place. Will try to charge you insane amounts of money for very cheap parts. The old guy up front either has no idea what he’s talking about or is playing dumb. Very pushy and tried to do work on the car before even providing a quote. The shop does not have the necessary equipment to complete the job but they will try to do it anyways. I could hear the old guy deliberating with the mechanic about how to up charge me for things I didn’t need.

If a job requires equipment or expertise we don't have, we'll tell you upfront and point you to someone who can help. We are so thankful that America’s Service Station in Alpharetta sent our work van to Mike’s! After a poor experience with the dealership, this shop finally got to the root cause of our problem, and the price was more than fair. Communication was phenomenal- thanks Pat and Dierdre! Mike's always takes good care of our vehicles. This time, I didn't have an appointment, but went straight there when my car started acting up on my way to work. They worked me in and took care of it same day. 100% Recommend Mike's.
